Privacy policy

DRAFT. This page has not been reviewed by a lawyer yet. It sets out how Mindsheep Learn intends to operate and will be replaced by the reviewed version before launch.

Mindsheep Labs LLC runs Mindsheep Learn. This page explains what we collect, why, and who we share it with.

What we collect

• Your name and email when you join a list, start a checkout or buy a program.
• Payment details go straight to Stripe. We store the last four digits and a receipt number, never your card number.
• How you use the site: pages viewed, the video you watched and how far, lessons completed, and sign-in times and locations. We use this to run the members area, spot problems and improve the course.
• Marketing signals: which ad or link brought you here (UTM tags, referrer, Meta click ids).

Email and the Spam Act

We only send marketing email with your consent. Consent is given when you tick the box at checkout or submit one of our forms; we record the exact wording you agreed to and when. Every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe. Receipts, sign-in links and access emails are sent regardless, because you need them to use what you bought.

Who we share data with

• Stripe processes payments.
• Logto (self-hosted by us) manages sign-in and passwords.
• Resend delivers our email.
• Stellar Voice Engine, our outreach platform, receives the email and name of people who joined a list or abandoned a checkout, so we can follow up. It never receives payment details.
• Meta receives purchase and page events through the Meta pixel and Conversions API, with email hashed, so we can measure our ads. You can block the pixel with an ad blocker or your browser settings.

We do not sell your data.

Where it lives

Our servers and database are hosted in the European Union. Videos are stored with an EU storage provider and streamed to you through our own media server.

Your choices

Email hello@mindsheeplearn.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. Unsubscribe links work instantly. You can close your account at any time; we keep receipts for as long as tax law requires.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in, a cookie that remembers which link brought you here, and, when the Meta pixel is on, Meta's cookies. No third-party analytics cookies.
