Terms of sale

DRAFT. This page has not been reviewed by a lawyer yet. It sets out how Mindsheep Learn intends to operate and will be replaced by the reviewed version before launch.

Who you are buying from

Mindsheep Learn is operated by Mindsheep Labs LLC ("we", "us"). We are not registered for GST, so no GST is charged or included in our prices. Prices are shown in Australian dollars.

What you get

When you buy a program you get personal, non-transferable access to its lessons, prompts and downloads through your Mindsheep Learn account for as long as the program is offered, and at least 12 months from purchase. Access is for one person. Sharing your sign-in or the videos is not allowed and may end your access.

Prices and payment

The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. A receipt is emailed to you after payment.

Refunds

Every program comes with a 14-day refund. See the refund policy.

Your account

Your sign-in is managed by our authentication provider. Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.

Our content

Lesson videos, prompts, worked examples and downloads are our copyright. You may use the prompts and the sites you build for your own business without limit. You may not resell, share or republish the lessons.

No promises about results

We teach a method. What you build with it depends on you, on ChatGPT and on the other tools we point to. We don't guarantee sales, rankings or any particular outcome, and we are not responsible for the tools' pricing, availability or changes.
