Refund policy

DRAFT. This page has not been reviewed by a lawyer yet. It sets out how Mindsheep Learn intends to operate and will be replaced by the reviewed version before launch.

14 days, no questions

If a program isn't right for you, email hello@mindsheeplearn.com within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund the full amount to the card you paid with. You don't need a reason.

How it works

1. Email us from the address on your account with your receipt number (it starts with ML-).
2. We confirm by email, usually the same business day.
3. Stripe returns the money to your card. Banks take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

When a refund is made, access to the program ends.

After 14 days

We don't refund after the 14-day window, but if something is wrong, tell us and we'll do our best to put it right.
